Regina Pats Tie Up WHL East Final With Game Four Win

The Regina Pats and Lethbridge Hurricanes are now even at 2-2 in the series after a 6-2 Regina win Wednesday night.

The Western Hockey League's Eastern Conference Final is now a best of three affair, after the Regina Pats beat the Lethbridge Hurricanes 6-2 in Game Four Wednesday night at the ENMAX Centre. The Pats broke a 2-2 tie with a pair of goals late in the second frame. Dylan Cozens and Ryan Vandervlis scored the two Hurricanes goals. The final shots favoured the Pats 35-26. The Canes went 0/2 on he power play and Regina was 0/4. Game Five is set for Regina on Friday night (Apr. 28) with Game Six back in Lethbridge Sunday at 6:00 pm MDT. - Pat Siedlecki
