ICE Beat Hurricanes 4-3 in Overtime in Cranbrook

The Lethbridge Hurricanes battled back from a 3-0 deficit, but lost 4-3 in overtime in Cranbrook Saturday night to the Kootenay ICE.

The Lethbridge Hurricanes battled back from a 3-0 deficit, but lost 4-3 in overtime in Cranbrook Saturday night to the Kootenay ICE.  The Canes' came charging back in this game, but they would just fall one goal short in the extra frame. Max Ross, Reid Jackson, and Mitch Maxwell scored for the Hurricanes in this game.  Lethbridge earned a huge single point in the race for the final few playoff spots in the Eastern Conference. The now move into a tie for 8th place with Brandon with 44 points each.  The shots in this game were even 33-33. The Hurricanes next action is Wednesday (Feb. 2) when they play host to the Vancouver Giants.  Game time is 7:00 pm (MST). The pre-game show on CJOC at 6:30.
