The Rebels jumped out to a 1-0 lead, however the Hurricanes scored four unanswered after that to win the game. Ryan Vandervlis, Alec Baer, Tyler Wong, and Jadon Joseph scored for the Canes. The series is now even a 3-3, with the winner in Game Seven moving on to round two of the WHL playoffs. The Hurricanes went 1/5 on the power play, while the Rebels finished the 0/2. The shots were close, with the Canes holding a slight 35-34 advantage. The Hurricanes have battle back twice in this series, facing post-season elimination.
