Blazers Hold on to Beat Canes' 5-4 in O.T.

Two goals by Dalibor Bortnak in the second period lifted the Kamloops Blazers to a 5-4 overtime win over the Hurricanes Wednesday night at the ENMAX Centre. The Canes' battled back from a three-goal deficit in the third period to tie the game at 4-4.  Brody Sutter scored twice for the Hurricanes who earn a big single point and move to within two points of the final playoff spot in the Eastern Conference.  Kamloops out shot Lethbridge 33-28.  The Hurricanes next action is set for Friday night when they play host to the Edmonton Oil Kings.  Game time is 7:00 pm (MST).  The pre-game show on CJOC at 6:30.
