Enrollment Up at U of L: Classes Start Tuesday

Leslie Lavers, the U of L’s Vice-President of Student Services says enrollment will be up this year at close to 2%.

Post-secondary students head back to classes next week.  At the University of Lethbridge, they’re getting ready for an influx of students on Tuesday.  Leslie Lavers, the U of L’s Vice-President of Student Services says enrollment will be up this year at close to 2%.  She says that equates to about 8400 students for the 2010/2011 school year.  Lavers says hundreds of students showed up at the U of L Thursday for the first of a two-day early orientation.  A second orientation will be held next Tuesday.
