Vancouver Giants Beat Hurricanes 5-2 at ENMAX Centre

The Vancouver Giants three goals in the first period en route to a 5-2 win over the Hurricanes Wednesday night at the ENMAX Centre.

The Vancouver Giants scored three goals in the first period en route to a 5-2 win over the Hurricanes Wednesday night at the ENMAX Centre.  Alex Kuvaev scored both goals for Lethbridge in this one.  The Hurricanes record drops to 5-5-0-3 on the season.  Vancouver out shot Lethbridge 36-27 on the night.  Canes' goalie Dylan Tait was pulled in the first period in favour of Tanner Kovacs.  Brandon Anderson sat the game out with the flu.  The Hurricanes next action is Saturday night when they host the Brandon Wheat Kings.  Game time from the ENMAX Centre is 7:00pm (MDT).  The pre-game show on CJOC at 6:30.
