Tigers Hammer Hurricanes 8-2 at ENMAX Centre

A four goal 3rd period powered Medicine Hat to an 8-2 win over the Hurricanes Friday night.
Five power play goals helped the Medicine Hat Tigers to a lopsided 8-2 victory over the Lethbridge Hurricanes Friday night at the ENAMX Centre. Emerson Etem and Curtis Valk each scored three times to lead the Tigers to the win. Brody Sutter and Jay Merkley scored the only goals for the Hurricanes in this game. The Tigers out shot Lethbridge 44-25. The loss drops the Canes record to 19-31-0-1 on the season. The Hurricanes next action is Saturday (Jan. 28) when they host the Prince Albert Raiders.
