Hurricanes Lose Pre-Season Game Against Spokane
The Lethbridge Hurricanes didn't get off to the start they were hoping for in pre-season action Thursday night. The Canes' dropped a 7-2 decision to the Spokane Chiefs. Lethbridge found itself trailing 6-0 before finally getting on the score sheet. Derek Ryckman and Mark Reners scored for the Hurricanes. Lethbridge will play Tri-City Friday (8pm MDT) and Seattle Saturday (4pm MDT). The Hurricanes are playing in an exhibition tournament in Kennewick, Washington this weekend. The Canes' return home to play host to Red Deer next Tuesday at Nicholas Sheran Arena.
