Hurricanes End Three Game Skid, Beat Visiting ICE 4-1

Brett Davis scored twice as the Lethbridge Hurricanes beat the Kootenay ICE 4-1 Wednesday night at the ENMAX Centre.

The Lethbridge Hurricanes got back into the win column Wednesday with a 4-1 home-ice victory over the visiting Kootenay ICE, Brett Davis scored twice while Jordy Bellerive and Tanner Nagel added the others. The Canes out shot the ICE 37-30 in this game. The victory improves the Hurricanes overall record to 19-13-3-2 on the season. The Canes will close out the 2016 portion of their schedule when they travel to Medicine Hat Friday (Dec. 30) to take on the Central Division-leading Tigers. The next home game for the Lethbridge Hurricanes is Friday, January 6th when they host Edmonton. They play two other road games, in Swift Current and Moose Jaw before then- Pat Siedlecki
