Second Suspect in Vulcan Man's Murder in Court

28 year old Bobbi Jo Parks appeared in-person in a Fort Macleod court on Wednesday.

A Claresholm woman accused in the death of a Vulcan senior made a court appearance in Fort Macleod Wdnesday morning.  28 year old Bobbi Jo Parks appeared in-person and without a lawyer in Fort Macleod Provincial Court.  She was assisted by Duty Counsel.  Parks plans on retaining a Lethbridge lawyer through the legal aid program. Parks was charged in connection with the murder of 77 year old Otto Loose of Vulcan a few weeks ago. Her common-law husband, 35 year old Timmy Engel is charged with first degree murder and offering an indignity to human remains. Parks will be back in court next week.
