The Chimney Rock Road wildfire west of Claresholm is now "being held." Alberta Wildfire officials say the Mandatory Evacuation Order and Alert are being rescinded though heavy smoke may still cause visibility issues along Highway 22 in the area of the fire. The blaze, burning in the MD of Ranchland near Chain Lakes, is about 1535 hectares in size. It started on Wednesday by what's believed to have been a blown down power line. No structures have been reported as lost. -Tina Giesbrecht
