Skateboard Association Upset with Lethbridge City Council

Members of the Lethbridge Skateboard Association want some answers from City Council.

Members of the Lethbridge Skateboard Association want some answers from City Council. The L.S.A would like to speak to Council again about a new skateboard park which was recently referred to Administration.  Association Spokesman Wade Galloway says they want to know why there is money available for other recreation projects in the City, but nothing for a skateboard park.  He says they want to "understand the paradox as to how they can appear at Council and be told there isn't any money and the next meeting after that, suddenly there's money available".  He also says this is an election issue locally.  Galloway says the skateboard community in Lethbridge has been overlooked for far too long.
