Marketing and Events Coordinator, James Phelan, says the display at Lethbridge's Nikka Yuko Japanese Garden will be even bigger than last year with 114,000 lights. He notes that it takes an incredible amount of work to get everything ready for the festival while also ensuring that no structures are damaged in the process.
