19 year old Simon Scout has been released on bail with several conditions. He's co-accused in the November murder of Kenrick First Rider at a North Lethbridge home.
One of two men accused in the death of a 45 year old Lethbridge man being released on bail this week. The victim, Kenrick First Rider, was pronounced dead at a north side home on November 27th after police say he got into a physical fight with two other men. 23 year old Rylan Twigg and 19 year old Simon Scout were were charged with second degree murder shortly after. Scout made a brief appearance in court Monday and was released on a $3000 no-cash bail. His conditions include that he cannot consume any intoxicating substances, can have no contact with Twigg, cannot possess any weapons and must abide by a curfew. He will be back in a Lethbridge courtroom March 7th. Twigg remains in jail at the Lethbridge Correctional Centre. - Sam Borsato
