A man charged in connection to an incident where shots were fired at a west Lethbridge home this past spring is looking for a new lawyer.
32 year old Robert Sheppard is charged with attempted murder and a long list of firearms offences.
It's alleged that several rounds were fired into a home along Heritage Boulevard in April and the suspect was chased down and arrested by RCMP near Granum. Police also say that it was a targeted crime and all parties involved are known to each other.
Sheppard's now former lawyer, Toni Roulston, withdrew from the case Tuesday (Oct. 9) saying there had been a breakdown in the relationship with her client.
Sheppard has been given until October 30th to find a new lawyer .
