A Lethbridge man has entered a guilty plea to charges that date back nearly two years. Jesse Marcel Tedesco pleaded guilty to three charges in Provincial Court Wednesday, including possession for purpose of trafficking, possession of stolen property and possession of an unauthorized firearm. All the charges stem from a year-long investigation by Regional Police that culminated in December 2008 with the search of a northside home where drugs were found. Several other charges against Tedesco have been withdrawn and over $24,000 in cash that was seized will be returned to him. Tedesco will be back in court October 21st for sentencing.
