Drug Bust in Medicine Hat Results in Charges Against Three Lethbridge Residents

Police in the Hat seized 14 ounces of meth last Thursday and arrested three Lethbridge residents in connection to the bust.

Three Lethbridge residents are facing drug trafficking charges stemming from an investigation in Medicine Hat.

Medicine Hat Police say they set up a deal to purchase illegal drugs and arrested the trio last Thursday.

About 14 ounces of methamphetamine, with a street value of over $37,000 was seized along with a number of break and enter tools and a small calibre rifle.

36 year old Jonathan Simonar and 26 year old Justin Mohrman remain in custody while 23 year old Deserai Scout was released on bail.

All three were due in Medicine Hat Provincial Court Wednesday (Apr. 23).
