Stanley Big Sorrel Horse will remain in jail after he was denied bail in Lethbridge Court of Queen's Bench.

A man from the Blood Reserve accused, along with his brother, of killing another man in Stand-Off earlier this year will remain behind bars.

A bail hearing was held this week in Lethbridge Court of Queen's Bench for 36 year old Stanley Big Sorrel Horse. After hearing from both Crown and Defence, the judge decided to not allow him to be released.

Stanley Big Sorrel Horse and 32 year old Justin Big Sorrel Horse were both arrested in March and charged with second degree murder following the February death of Rance Bearhat.
